Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA/CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
