🚨 We're Hiring | Accounts & Finance Role 🚨
📍 Location: Lucknow (Work from Office)
At Nautical51 Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we're looking for Accounts & Finance person who can take complete ownership of our finance operations and help us build a strong financial backbone as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate and share customer invoices with travel partners.
✅ Follow up on outstanding payments through calls, emails & WhatsApp.
✅ Coordinate with hotels, cruise lines, DMCs & other suppliers to collect and verify invoices.
✅ Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally Prime.
✅ Perform daily bank reconciliation and maintain banking records.
✅ Manage customer & vendor ledgers, receivables and payables.
✅ Prepare GST-ready data and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for statutory compliance and audits.
✅ Maintain complete financial documentation including invoices, payment proofs, credit/debit notes and supporting records.
✅ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
What We're Looking For
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST and basic accounting principles.
✔️ Excellent documentation, reconciliation and organizational skills.
✔️ Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
✔️ Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
✔️ Experience in the Travel Industry will be an added advantage.
