Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, conducting account reconciliations, and overseeing financial reporting. The Senior Accountant will also ensure compliance with local tax regulations, manage budgets, support audits, and contribute to financial planning and analysis. The role requires precise attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the company's financial information.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
- Experience with Taxation, Audits, and Compliance with local financial regulations
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Reconciliation and Financial Analysis
- Competence in using Accounting and Financial Software Tools
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Prior experience in the jewelry, manufacturing, or retail industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
