Job Summary:We are hiring an Accountant for our Tandoor manufacturing business. The role involves handling complete accounting operations including inventory, costing, GST compliance, and financial reporting. Ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchase, expenses, and payments)
- Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
- Handle costing of products, raw materials, and production processes
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and ensure statutory compliance
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Work closely with the production team for cost analysis
- Manage ESI & PF compliance and filings
- Handle import & export documentation and accounting
- Handle attendance and payroll processing
- Coordinate with bank for documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
- 2–3 years of experience in a CA Firm is highly preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (Busy Preferred)
- Good understanding of inventory and cost accounting
- Attention to detail and accuracy
