Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in West Delhi. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage financial processes, prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, oversee payroll processing, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role also entails preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis, maintaining documentation, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and financial analysis skills, including proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and preparing budgets
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and payroll processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic financial insights
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management in a corporate or manufacturing setup
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
