Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team on-site at our office in Ahmedabad for a full-time role. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing budgets, conducting audits, reconciling accounts, and ensuring tax compliance. The role will involve supervising finance operations, producing financial reports, and supporting decision-making processes by providing accurate financial insights. The Senior Accountant will also play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance and optimizing financial processes to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and preparing budgets
- Experience with account reconciliation, audits, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance, regulatory frameworks, and financial systems/software
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or similar certification is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
