Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Noida for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, such as maintaining general ledger entries, reconciling financial statements, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. This role will also involve developing budgets, managing payroll processes, assisting with audits, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial efficiency within the organization.
CTC : 4 LPA + Bonus as per the performance
Qualifications
- 5 Years of relevant work experience
- Strong foundational skills in Financial Reporting, General Ledger Maintenance, and Budget Preparation
- Proficiency in Taxation, Compliance, and Audit processes
- Analytical skills for Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Problem Solving
- Proven expertise in Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards (IND AS) and financial regulations
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the education or service sector is a plus
