Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in GST, TDS, books finalization, MIS reporting, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end accounting and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts
Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage and ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including timely filing of returns
Prepare and review MIS reports for management decision-making
Develop and monitor cash flow statements and forecasts
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Monitor receivables, payables, and overall financial health of the organization
Identify process improvements and implement strong internal controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CA (Inter)/CA/CPA/ACCA preferred
5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
Strong hands-on experience in:
o GST compliance and filings
o TDS calculations and returns
o Books finalization
o MIS reporting
o Cash flow management Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS)
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, SAP, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial analysis)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling audits and assessments
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in multi-entity or group accounting
