Role Overview
We are looking for an Accountant/Senior with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial operations for the business.
This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate books, ensuring timely payments and collections, and supporting financial discipline across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts (day-to-day entries, ledgers, reconciliations)
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support annual closing
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Invoicing & Receivables
- Raise client invoices and track receivables
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile client accounts regularly
Payables & Payments
- Process payments to experts and vendors
- Maintain payable records and reconcile balances
- Coordinate with banking platforms for domestic and international payments
Compliance & Filings
- Prepare and file GST returns (monthly/quarterly)
- Handle TDS deductions, filings, and reconciliation
- Support annual filings and audits
Payroll & Expenses
- Process monthly payroll and salary payments
- Manage employee expense reimbursements
- Maintain payroll and compliance records
Cash Flow & Operations Support
- Assist in tracking cash flows and expenses
- Support basic operational tasks such as vendor coordination and travel bookings

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance/CA equivalent
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, and payroll
- Familiarity with accounting tools (Zoho Books, Tally, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (CA Inter is a plus) Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience working with startups or service-based businesses
- Exposure to international payments or cross-border transactions
