Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Senior Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The role involves creating budgets, overseeing audits, and monitoring financial performance to support organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in tax compliance, auditing practices, and regulatory adherence
- Experience with accounting software and tools, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Prior experience in a senior accounting role is required
- Experience with financial management in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
