Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy in accounting records, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
- Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Handle bank reconciliations and general ledger management
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors and handle internal/external audits
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA Intermediate / IPCC qualified (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zohobooks , SAP)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling audits and compliance
- Knowledge of financial reporting and MIS
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under deadlines
Salary: 20k - 30k
