Role Overview
The Sr. Accounting role will oversee end-to-end financial operations across the fund, investee companies, and family office structures. This sub-leadership position requires deep expertise in taxation, compliance, audits, investment accounting, and capital allocation, along with strong analytical capabilities in investment evaluation and portfolio monitoring, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Handle day-to-day accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Ensure accurate GST filings, monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.
- Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS, manage quarterly returns and Form 16/16A issuance.
- Monitor vendor payments, input credit tracking, fund accounting and expense entries.
- Manage accounting entries in Tally and maintain updated ledgers.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow tracking, and expense statements on Excel.
- Liaise with internal teams and external auditors for book closure and audit queries.
- Ensure compliance with all finance processes, timelines, and documentation.
- Handle banking transactions including payments, receipts, fund transfers, and reconciliations.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/ M.Com) and Additional certifications (CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance) will be an added advantage.
- 4 โ 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally software.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in AIFs, PE/VC funds, family offices, or investment firms is highly desirable
