Key Competencies / Job Description (Sample or Finalized):
- Maintaining TALLY – Managing and updating the organization’s financial records in TALLY.
- Filing and Maintaining TDS, GST & PF – Ensuring accurate filing and compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and PF.
- Overlooking Invoicing and Follow-ups – Overlooking status of sending invoices, and following up with clients for timely payments.
- Bank and Payments – Handling day-to-day banking activities, including monitoring bank transactions and reconciliations.
- Payment Processing– Processing payments using the HDFC ENET platform and ensuring timely execution.
- Purchase Order and Purchase Invoice Management – Managing purchase orders and related invoices accurately.
- Overlooking Maintaining Data on ZOHO – Overlooking financial data updated and organized within the ZOHO platform.
