Role Description

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP system.

2. Prepare and record journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.

3. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

4. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.

5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

6. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

7. Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

8. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

9. Assist in internal and external audits.

10.Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments for financial matters.

11.Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports.

12.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.


Required Skills:

Good knowledge of accounting principles

Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel

Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and organizational skills


Qualifications

BCom / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

2–5 years of experience in accounting field

  • Strong accounting and financial reporting expertise, including knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, payroll, and audits.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, budget analysis, and reporting to support management decisions.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications like CA, CMA, or CPA are advantageous.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications industry or a similar sector is preferred but not mandatory.
