Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in our Dwarka office. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, manage general accounting tasks, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and perform audits, including identifying discrepancies and recommending solutions. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Additionally, the professional will play a critical role in advising on financial strategies and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management
- Experience of 5-6 years in the same profile
- Proficiency in tax regulations and compliance, including Income Tax, GST, and International Taxation
- Experience with audits, such as Companies Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit, and Transfer Pricing Audit
- Skilled in using accounting software and financial management tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a professional team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA certification is a plus)
- Experience in working with startups, MSMEs, or as a Virtual CFO is advantageous
