Job details:
This is not a repetitive outsourcing/KPO processing role.
We are specifically looking for a technically strong UK practice accountant who can confidently communicate with UK clients, review work critically, identify issues independently, and take ownership rather than simply complete assigned tasks.
Applicants whose experience is mainly production-focused processing work with limited client interaction, limited review responsibility, or weak spoken English are will not be suitable.
This role is also not suitable for freelancers, applicants managing multiple side jobs, or candidates looking purely for basic bookkeeping or task-processing work.
Strong communication, professional judgement, accountability, and attention to detail are just as important as technical accounting knowledge for this role.
