We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Ovo Farm is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation to manage high-volume invoicing, customer payments, receivable tracking, and account reconciliation.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling multiple customer ledgers, billing records, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation of large transaction volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer invoicing, debit notes, credit notes, and payment entries
- Track outstanding receivables and support timely collections
- Perform regular customer ledger reconciliation
- Reconcile invoices, payments, deductions, claims, and settlements
- Handle distributor, retailer, and e-commerce receivable transactions
- Maintain accurate records in Tally, ERP, Zoho, SAP, or similar systems
- Prepare receivable aging and reconciliation reports
Requirements:
- B.Com or equivalent commerce background
- 3–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or reconciliation
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, retail, or e-commerce will be preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in follow-ups
