Whizz HR is hiring Senior Account Manager to work with a leading digital advertising communications agency and grab the exciting opportunity to work on global brands and win awards in Mumbai :
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client briefs, brand objectives, and campaign requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, production) for timely execution
- Prepare presentations, proposals, timelines, and reports for clients
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all deliverables
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle client feedback and ensure timely revisions
- Support senior team members in strategy and planning discussions
- Maintain client documentation and campaign records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in client servicing / brand management / agency role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign execution
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong presentation and coordination skills
