Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

Role Overview
As Tint Tone and Shade continues its expansion across key markets, we are strengthening our financial systems, controls, and reporting capabilities.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-focused Senior Accounts Manager who can drive financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple locations. This role will play a key part in ensuring strong financial governance, supporting decision-making, and maintaining financial discipline across projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Operations
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations across multiple locations
- Oversee general ledger, journal entries, and financial closures (monthly/quarterly)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
2. MIS, Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare and present MIS reports and financial dashboards
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and key metrics
- Support leadership with actionable financial insights
- Monitor project-wise financial performance and profitability
3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
- Handle tax filings, returns, and reconciliations
- Coordinate with auditors for audits and financial closures
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and controls
4. Payables, Receivables & Cash Flow Management
- Oversee vendor payments and ensure timely disbursements
- Monitor receivables and collections to maintain healthy cash flow
- Manage cash flow planning and working capital
- Optimize fund utilization across projects and locations
5. Project Accounting & Cost Control
- Track project-wise costs, budgets, and margins
- Ensure financial discipline across interior projects
- Identify cost leakages and recommend corrective actions
- Work closely with operations and procurement teams
6. Process Improvement & Financial Controls
- Strengthen accounting processes and internal controls
- Drive automation and efficiency in financial workflows
- Standardize accounting practices across locations
- Continuously improve financial systems and reporting structures
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Leadership teams
- Support business teams with financial insights and guidance
- Ensure alignment between financial processes and business execution
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Com or M.Com (mandatory)
- 8–12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Experience in Interiors / Construction / Project-based industry preferred
- Strong experience in taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
- Exposure to multi-location accounting operations is an advantage
