Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager based in Mumbai. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and ensuring the delivery of solutions that align with their business objectives. The role will include overseeing account strategies, coordinating internal teams to meet client expectations, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying business development opportunities. Additionally, the Senior Account Manager will lead account planning, manage client communications, and assist in resolving any issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Strategy skills for fostering strong partnerships and aligning solutions with client goals
- Project Management and Coordination skills to oversee deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure seamless team collaboration
- Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making skills to address client challenges and identify growth opportunities
- Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, present strategies, and lead discussions
- Experience in Sales or Business Development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is preferred
