Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client accounts, maintain strong customer relationships, import and export documentation and ensure the delivery of top-quality services. Responsibilities include negotiating and finalizing sales transactions, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams. The role also involves regularly interacting with clients to understand their requirements and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy and Negotiation
- Knowledge of import licenses, particularly RODTEP, ROSCTL, and DFIA scrips, is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in tools and software used for account tracking and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience in the trading or import/export industry is an advantage
