Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive Senior Account Manager (Sales) to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, setting up meetings, and supporting the client servicing team with communication follow-ups.
Roles & Responsibilty- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce agency services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Schedule appointments/meetings for the team.
- Track pipeline and hit monthly outreach and conversion targets.
- Handle basic inbound queries related to services, pricing, and processes.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets.
Skills Required- Strong communication skills
- Should be street smart with a zeal to proactively bring in closures.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
