Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager, based in Abroad . In this position, you will oversee client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the immigration and visa process. Key responsibilities include consulting clients, managing relationships, coordinating between teams, and ensuring timely delivery of services. You will also track and report client progress while identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in client relationship management, account management, and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication, consultation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations, particularly related to Canada
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Experience in using CRM tools or account management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role within the immigration consulting industry or a related field is an advantage
