Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities will include leading account strategies, negotiating contracts, identifying upselling opportunities, troubleshooting client concerns, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, including the ability to foster trust and satisfy customer expectations
- Proficient in sales negotiation, business development, and identifying growth opportunities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work across departments
- Understanding of lubricants, automotive, or industrial products is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
- 5+ years of experience in account management and/or business development, especially in a related industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
