Role Description
As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee client engagement and retention, drive account expansion, and ensure customer satisfaction for NoBrokerHood’s offerings. Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, managing client portfolios, identifying growth opportunities within accounts, and delivering customized solutions that align with customer needs. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges and deliver exceptional experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City.
Qualifications
- Account management expertise, client relationship management, conflict resolution, and experience in retaining and growing customer accounts
- Strong understanding of community management systems and familiarity with the landscape of property management solutions
- Effective communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Problem-solving abilities and skills to analyze customer needs and design tailored solutions
- Experience in project coordination, team collaboration, and result-driven approaches
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and related software is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is highly desirable
