Remedo is a healthcare marketing tech company helping dental and medical practices across the US grow their patient base through Ads, SEO, and digital presence management. We work with multi-location practices and high-growth clinics who need results, not excuses. This is a hybrid, senior IC role based out of Noida, India.

Weโre looking for a ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ who thrives on owning client relationships end-to-end โ someone who spots a problem before the client does, asks the right questions, and drives outcomes without needing to be managed closely.
This is an individual contributor role. You wonโt manage a team. Youโll manage accounts - and thatโs where your energy should be.

- Own a portfolio of high-value US dental/healthcare clients as their primary point of contact
- Coordinate across internal Ads, SEO, and delivery teams to ensure client commitments are met
- Proactively identify risks - performance dips, delivery gaps, renewal pressure and address them before escalation
- Run structured monthly reviews with clients, translating data into clear business impact
- Build relationships deep enough that clients see you as a strategic partner, not a support contact
- Flag upsell and expansion opportunities based on your understanding of client goals

- 3-6 years in account management, client success, or client servicing - ideally in a digital marketing or agency environment
- You listen more than you talk - in client calls and in internal problem-solving
- You take ownership. When something goes wrong, your first instinct is to fix it, not explain why it wasnโt your fault
- Youโre comfortable with ambiguity and can make judgment calls with incomplete information
- Strong written and verbal communication - you can simplify complexity without dumbing it down
- Experience working with US-based clients is a strong plus
