Role: Senior Executive - Account Management (Mainline)
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years from a Mainline Advertising Agency
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mainline Executive to support the planning and execution of ATL advertising campaigns across multiple brand verticals. The role requires strong coordination skills, client servicing capabilities, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute ATL campaigns including print, outdoor, radio, cinema, and other traditional media activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, strategy, media, and production for timely campaign execution.
- Handle day-to-day client communication, campaign updates, and relationship management.
- Ensure timely delivery of artworks, releases, adaptations, and campaign materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, publishers, production houses, and external partners as required.
- Support on-ground activations, shoots, and brand-related activities when needed.
- Maintain project timelines, status reports, MOMs, and campaign trackers.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to client guidelines across all deliverables.
- Assist the team in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch documents for new business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in mainline advertising or client servicing within an advertising agency.
- Understanding of ATL media and campaign execution processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and execution skills.
