Role summary
The Enterprise Account Executive at Superleap owns full-cycle enterprise sales — from sourcing and qualification to multi-stakeholder closure. You will sell ₹50L–₹2Cr+ ACV deals into complex organizations, navigating CXOs, procurement, legal, and IT stakeholders while driving urgency and structured decision-making.
This is not a brand-led selling role. You will create demand, build credibility from scratch, and convert qualified pipeline into revenue in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. If you thrive in high-ownership roles and are comfortable closing without a large brand safety net, this role is for you.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–8 years of SaaS enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record of closing ₹50L–₹2Cr+ ACV deals
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles
- Comfortable handling procurement, legal, and infosec workflows
- Ability to create urgency and drive structured deal progression
- Experience sourcing pipeline in addition to closing preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Engineering background (BE/BTech) preferred but not mandatory
- High ownership mindset; thrives in early-stage startup environments
Responsibilities
🎯 Enterprise Deal Ownership
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales from qualified opportunity to signed contract
- Run structured discovery, tailored demos, and value-driven conversations
- Drive pricing discussions, commercial structuring, and negotiations
🚀 Demand Creation & Pipeline Acceleration
- Work closely with SDRs and founders to strengthen pipeline quality
- Build credibility in non-brand-led enterprise conversations
- Create urgency and compress sales cycles without being pushy
🏛️ Multi-Stakeholder Navigation
- Engage CXOs, sales leaders, IT heads, and operations stakeholders
- Navigate procurement, legal reviews, and security evaluations
- Manage complex buying committees and competitive evaluations
📊 Forecasting & Execution Discipline
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Drive disciplined follow-ups and next-step clarity in every deal
- Ensure predictable pipeline progression and revenue visibility
