Senior Account Executive - Enterprise Sales
Location: Bengaluru (Koramangala), Onsite
Are you someone who thrives in high-stakes enterprise sales, loves building from scratch, and enjoys winning complex deals without relying on brand pull?
We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive – Enterprise Sales to own end-to-end enterprise selling from outbound prospecting and discovery to multi-stakeholder negotiations and deal closure.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, not just sell.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle.
Enterprise Deal Ownership
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to signed contracts
- Sell high-value enterprise deals (₹50L–₹2Cr+ ACV)
- Conduct discovery, demos, commercial negotiations, and deal closure
- Manage legal, procurement, InfoSec, and enterprise buying workflows
Pipeline Creation & Demand Generation
- Build pipeline through outbound, strategic prospecting, and relationship-led selling
- Create demand without relying solely on inbound leads or brand recognition
- Develop executive-level credibility with CXOs and enterprise stakeholders
Multi-Stakeholder Navigation
- Engage decision-makers across Sales, IT, Procurement, Security, and Leadership teams
- Manage complex buying committees and influence consensus
- Drive urgency and compress long enterprise sales cycles
Strategic & Technical Selling
- Position AI-native CRM capabilities in a business-first manner
- Navigate discussions around integrations, APIs, CRM migrations, and platform architecture
- Defend value in competitive sales environments without over-discounting
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 3–6 years of total experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven experience closing enterprise or mid-market SaaS deals
- Experience handling complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling and commercial negotiation skills
Ideal Background
You likely fit if you have:
- 2–3 years in a structured SaaS sales environment (e.g., enterprise software / CRM / SaaS companies)
- Followed by experience in a fast-growing startup, where you learned to build demand without a strong brand safety net
You’ll Stand Out If You:
- Have closed ₹50L+ ACV deals
- Have sold into enterprise organizations
- Are comfortable with outbound-led selling
- Understand frameworks like MEDDIC, BANT, or structured enterprise qualification
- Have strong ownership and a bias for action
