About Value Finance Consulting
We are a Bengaluru-based MSME financial advisory firm, led by a former SIDBI banker and working with 80+ banks.
You will support the Fractional CFO in delivering monthly financial reporting, MIS, and strategic advisory to clients. This is a client-facing role where you prepare P&L and Balance Sheet, track budgets vs actuals, and help clients achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements for assigned clients within agreed timelines
- Build and maintain monthly MIS dashboards (revenue, margins, PAT, working capital, receivables/payables ageing)
- Prepare monthly variance analysis — budget vs actual vs forecast — and flag deviations with root causes
- Assist the CFO in client review meetings; present numbers and recommend corrective actions (cost controls, pricing, collections, working capital measures)
- Support client target-setting — e.g., bridging the gap from ₹45 Cr to ₹100 Cr turnover and achieving PAT targets through actionable monthly measures
- Coordinate with client accounts teams for data collection, Tally/Zoho Books/ERP data hygiene, and reconciliations
- Support statutory compliance tracking (GST, TDS, advance tax) and liaise with auditors for year-end
- Help prepare working capital projections and assist clients in capital infusion planning and documentation
- Maintain financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario analysis
Skills Required
- Strong grip on accounting fundamentals, financial statement preparation (Ind AS awareness a plus)
- Advanced Excel; working knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books/Busy; familiarity with BI dashboards (Power BI) is a plus
- Ability to interpret numbers and communicate insights, not just report figures
- Good verbal/written communication (client-facing role)
Qualification: MBA Finance / CA Inter
Experience: 3+ years
Location: Kengeri, Bengaluru. Full-time, in-office role, not hybrid or remote.
