Role Description The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing and growing key relationships with prospective students, corporate partners, and other institutional stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing admissions-related outreach, conducting presentations and consultations, and maintaining regular communication with leads to support enrollment and partnership goals. The role involves coordinating with academic and administrative teams to align offerings with market needs, preparing proposals and reports, and monitoring performance metrics. The Senior Account Executive will also identify new opportunities for collaboration, handle escalations professionally, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the college’s visibility and reputation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally within education or service-oriented industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders including students, families, and corporate partners.
- Proficiency in relationship management, pipeline tracking, and using CRM or similar tools to monitor leads and accounts.
- Solid organizational and planning abilities, including managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced academic environment in Chennai, with a collaborative and solution-focused mindset.
- Experience in higher education admissions, corporate outreach, or institutional partnerships is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work ethically, maintain confidentiality, and represent the college’s values and brand standards in all interactions.
