Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Audit & Assurance tasks, including statutory and internal audits
- Working knowledge in Indirect Taxation and expertise in GST and customs compliance
- Ability to provide refined Corporate Advisories tailored to client needs
- Proficient in using financial and tax software solutions - Primary Software of Tally is must
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Experience in CA firm / consulting firm preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts (Tally / ERP systems)
- Pass journal entries, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- MIS reporting and variance analysis
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Provide data and schedules for statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Assist auditors with required documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
