Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive will oversee managing key client relationships, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. This role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic sales planning, client relationship management, and business development
- Proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to close complex deals
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of enterprise software, particularly Document Management Systems (DMS) and Business Process Management (BPM)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and drive success
- Understanding of industries like NBFC, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Government is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
