Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Jaipur, for a Senior Account Executive. The role involves building and managing client relationships, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, presenting product solutions, creating and following up on proposals, and maintaining detailed knowledge of Pericent’s offerings to address client needs. Additionally, the Senior Account Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic sales skills, such as lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building and client management
- Knowledge of enterprise software solutions, particularly in document and process management systems
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet business objectives
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in IT or B2B sales is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
