Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Executive based in Balanagar, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key activities include understanding client needs, creating customized solutions, managing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities may include providing regular performance reports and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy Development
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Revenue Growth
- Experience with Contract Negotiation, Proposal Creation, and Project Coordination
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
- Ability to work independently with a strategic mindset and multitask in a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in the marine or defense sector is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
