About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Accounts to join our Accounts & Finance team at Meena Bazaar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting accurate financial reporting to drive sound business decisions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate Books of Accounts using Tally/ERP systems.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in a timely manner.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closings, including P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and compliance reviews.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process with accurate financial data.
- Maintain vendor coordination and documentation for smooth payment processing.
- Identify and recommend improvements in accounting processes for efficiency.
- Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or M.Com / MBA (Finance).
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting systems.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
