Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Account Executive role based in Chennai. The Senior Account Executive will manage and grow key customer accounts, focusing on interior materials and solutions for both professional and homeowner segments. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and guiding customers through the sales cycle from initial contact to post-sale support. The role involves conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and collaborating with design, operations, and customer support teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The Senior Account Executive will also track pipeline and performance metrics, provide market feedback to leadership, and represent the brand’s values of trust, transparency, and enduring quality in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or solution-based sales, preferably in building materials, interiors, architecture, or related industries.
- Strong account management skills, including relationship building, opportunity mapping, and long-term client retention.
- Ability to conduct needs analysis, present tailored solutions, and negotiate agreements that create mutual value.
- Comfort with sales tools and CRM platforms to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated integrity, ownership mindset, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, operations, finance, marketing) to deliver complete solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in a culture that values transparency, continuous learning, and long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client visits, site meetings, and industry events as required.
