KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, journal entries, and ledgers in Tally/ERP.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor bills, and reimbursements.
- Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Financial Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and statements.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, balance sheets, and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with auditors for data submission and clarifications.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with concerned departments.
Taxation & Compliance
- Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory filing preparations.
- Ensure timely submission of required returns and documentation.
- Maintain compliance records as per company and regulatory standards.
Coordination & Support
- Liaise with internal departments for billing, payroll, and vendor-related queries.
- Assist the Finance Manager with budgeting, cost analysis, and financial presentations.
- Provide administrative and analytical assistance for audit and management reviews.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance (M.Com preferred).
- 6-12 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance procedures.
