Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive for a full-time, on-site role in our Mumbai office. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, driving sales growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, preparing detailed proposals, and conducting regular client meetings. In addition, the selected candidate will monitor industry trends, provide customer support, and ensure that client needs are met with the highest standards of service.
- Proven sales and account management skills, including business development, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations, proposals, and client interactions
- Ability to analyze industry trends, assess client needs, and create strategic solutions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Capability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of medical devices or prior experience in healthcare sales is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients
