About the Role
We are looking for an Senior Account Executive to join our growing team and help us expand our footprint across North America. If you are passionate about AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, and building strong executive-level relationships, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation, closing, and expansion.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities across North America.
- Build self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
- Understand customer business priorities and challenges, and position Aviso AI as a strategic solution.
- Build and maintain strong C-level and VP-level relationships within target accounts.
- Manage accurate forecasting and maintain pipeline discipline in CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customer success and expansion.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Required to work during the US business hours.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies, ideally in AI/ML, RevOps, CRM, or adjacent SaaS solutions.
- Preferred background: currently employed at, or within the last 3 years employed by, high-growth SaaS companies such as Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Seismic, Glean, Moveworks, or Aisera.
- Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in self-sourcing and closing enterprise deals.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Executive presence and ability to engage with C-level decision makers.
- CRM discipline (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
