Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing client accounts. Key responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, preparing sales forecasts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements. The Senior Account Executive will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including the ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong client relationship management and account handling expertise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for preparing and analyzing sales forecasts and reports.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic sales software for managing tasks and tracking progress.
- Industry-specific knowledge of steel or cement trading is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and on-site environment.
Location : Vadodara.
Salary : 25k - 45k
