We are looking for a Commercial & Research Insights lead (Quantitative Research) to be part of our esteemed Organization- Hansa Research Group Pvt Ltd., Delhi to expand our FMCG & other business

Primary Responsibilities:
- Be a part of the team that creates an effective Quantitative research strategy
- Should be responsible for Client Management: Client Retention & Growth (includes new business
- Cultivate strong& effective working relationships with internal stakeholders & clients
- Ensures the achievement of annual revenue goals through a comprehensive strategy.
- Should be responsible for Team Management & Development
- To lead own, manage and drive delivery of projects
- Collaboration with the Global/regional Research & Support teams
- Support in maintaining a PR presence for the business within appropriate external arenas, for example, trade shows, media interact and exhibition along with the leadership team
- To participate in organization level strategic activities and contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Build on the company role as a thought leader in the data driven innovative products and services
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
The essential skills/competencies this position should have in order to accomplish the job results and to perform the job duties.
- Proven leadership in building relationships to develop and deliver on client commitments with a wide range of stakeholders in FMCG Sector/Other Sectors
- Should have demonstrated Thought leadership in FMCG/Other Sectors
- Good Analytical Skills & Problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/S REQUIRED : MBA or any equivalent degree
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (in yrs): 8-15 years of prior Market Research Experience with well-known organizations handling the FMCG/Other clientele
