About the Role:
The Senior Accommodation Officer will ensure prospective students have a smooth, supportive, and positive experience arranging accommodation while traveling to our campuses across multiple regions. This role focuses on maintaining student satisfaction by coordinating housing options, managing relationships with accommodation providers, and ensuring all standards of safety, quality, and service are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate accommodation by understanding student needs, maintaining housing databases, managing bookings, and ensuring all options meet safety and quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and accommodation partners; negotiate favorable terms and collaborate with internal teams professionally.
- Support students through housing processes, address accommodation issues, and conduct orientation sessions on available options.
- Maintain accurate records of preferences, allocations, refunds, and communications; prepare reports on accommodation trends.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and cost-effective solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in accommodation services, student support, customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to maintain records, documentation, and track large volumes of information.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of accommodation standards, health & safety, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with multi-campus or international student housing operations.
- Experience with student-focused digital platforms or accommodation management systems.
