About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Faculty to lead academic delivery for Grade 10 students. The role involves delivering high-quality classroom sessions, staying aligned with curriculum updates, and actively engaging with students and parents to drive strong academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective sessions for Grade 10 students
- Stay updated with latest syllabus changes, exam patterns, and academic guidelines
- Ensure strong conceptual understanding and academic progress of students
- Develop and contribute to lesson plans, study materials, and assessments
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress and improvement plans
- Organize and lead webinars/workshops for students and parents
- Provide academic guidance and counselling to students and parents on performance and exam strategies
- Mentor junior faculty and contribute to academic quality initiatives
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents
Requirements
- Experience: 6–10 years of teaching experience, specifically teaching Grade 10 students in school or conducting tuitions/coaching
- Strong understanding of secondary-level curriculum and board exam requirements
- Updated knowledge of recent syllabus and exam pattern changes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting PTMs, webinars, and parent interactions
- Ability to drive student engagement and academic results
