Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor, located in Bengaluru. The Career Counselor will assist clients and students in identifying and achieving their career objectives through personalized counseling. Responsibilities include conducting career assessments, providing guidance on professional growth, and facilitating career planning sessions. The role also involves building strong communication with students, understanding their individual goals, and supporting them in making informed decisions about education and career opportunities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to guide individuals toward achieving their goals
- Proficiency in Student Counseling to provide tailored advice and support to a diverse group of students
- Strong Communication skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide effective guidance
- Passion for education and capacity to stay updated with emerging trends in education technology and labor markets
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
- Experience in career services, student mentorship, or related roles is advantageous
