Role Description
- Counsel students on academic and career pathways, understand their goals, recommend suitable programs, and close enrollments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and professionals while consistently achieving revenue targets
- Explain course details, fees, curriculum, and career benefits to potential learners.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into admissions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission and revenue targets through effective communication and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
- 6 months – 4 years of experience in academic counseling or education sales
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune
- Proactive leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in addressing individual student needs
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred
