We are looking for driven, result-oriented individuals to join our Admissions team as Academic Counselors, where you will guide potential candidates and help them enroll in premium programs at Masters’ Union.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective candidates via calls and guide them through program details
Understand candidate profiles, career goals, and recommend the right program
Build strong relationships and drive the end-to-end admission process
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments
Maintain daily activity on CRM (calls, follow-ups, pipeline)
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

0–5 years of experience (Sales / EdTech / BPO preferred)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Target-driven mindset with strong ownership
Ability to handle objections and close conversations
Immediate joiners preferred
