Role Description
- Counsel students on academic and career pathways, understand their goals, recommend suitable programs, and close enrollments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and professionals while consistently achieving revenue targets
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of academic counselors to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and ensure high productivity and conversion rates
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
- 6 months – 4 years of experience in academic counseling or education sales
- Freshers with strong interest in counseling are welcome
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune
- Proactive leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in addressing individual student needs
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred
