Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Academic Counsellor. The Senior Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in their educational and career journeys. Daily responsibilities include providing academic advising, understanding students' needs, recommending suitable distance learning programs, and assisting with the admission process to top universities. The role also involves effective communication with students and families, offering career counseling, and staying informed about different educational opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide students in their academic and career decisions
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and their families
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education to recommend appropriate programs and institutions
- Ability to provide personalized guidance based on individual goals and educational pathways
- Prior experience in educational counseling or a related role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
