Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding students and working professionals in choosing the right academic programs. The role involves understanding candidate requirements, providing accurate course information, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel students and working professionals regarding online and distance learning programs (UG/PG courses).
- Understand candidates’ educational background and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
- Convert leads into enrollments by providing complete guidance and support.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
- Manage and update candidate data in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Assist candidates throughout the admission process and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
- Stay updated with course details, university guidelines, and industry trends.
